A lot of BMW coding goes wrong before you've coded anything. E-Sys can't find the car, ISTA won't install, or nobody can tell you which PSdZData you actually need.

If you'd rather not lose a weekend to that, we can do it with you remotely. You plug the laptop into the car, we connect to the laptop with a remote desktop app, and you see everything we do on your own screen.

What We Can Help With

  • Laptop setup: Windows, cable drivers, E-Sys, ISTA, INPA and Tool32, installed and tested on your car. Basically the coding laptop guide, done for you.
  • Finding the right files: the PSdZData that matches your car's I-step, the right driver for your cable, the right file on this site. Quite often that's the whole problem.
  • Remote coding: feature changes, coding after a retrofit, VO coding.
  • Connection problems and faults: "no vehicle found", a cable that only half works, fault codes that don't make sense.
  • A second opinion: a datalog, a coding list, or a plan you want checked before you flash.

Cars and Tools

  • E-series cars over a K+DCAN cable, F- and G-series over an ENET cable.
  • E-Sys, ISTA, INPA and Tool32, with the PSdZData that matches your car.

How It Works

  1. Request a quote or write to hello@bimmertuner.com with your car (model, engine, year), what you want done and which cable you have.
  2. We'll reply with a price and roughly how long it takes.
  3. We pick a time. Before we start, put the car on a battery charger or power supply and plug the laptop into the mains.
  4. You install the remote desktop app we send you and give us the code. You can end the session at any moment.

Before we change anything, we save the vehicle order (FA) and a backup of every module we're about to touch.

What You Need

  • A Windows laptop with an internet connection.
  • The cable for your car: K+DCAN for E-series, ENET for F- and G-series.
  • A charger or power supply that keeps the battery up during the session.
